• Content you create: campaign briefs, persona configurations, generated copy, funnel structures, email sequences, and ad creative you store in AiMOS.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the AiMOS platform and its AI agents.
• Process transactions and send related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices.
• Send technical notices, product updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• Respond to your comments, questions, and requests.
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage patterns, and activities to improve our service.
• Train and fine-tune our AI systems (only with aggregated, de-identified data — never your raw personal data).

Your data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted on SOC 2 compliant cloud infrastructure. We implement:

• TLS 1.3 encryption in transit for all data transfer.
• JWT tokens with short expiry and secure refresh rotation.
• Role-based access controls ensuring organization data isolation.
• Regular security audits and penetration testing.
• Automated backups with point-in-time recovery.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion at any time.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

We use trusted third-party services to operate AiMOS:
• Anthropic (Claude API): Powers our AI agent capabilities. Your campaign content is processed through their API under their data processing agreement.
• Stripe: Handles payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel / AWS: Cloud infrastructure and hosting.
• PostHog / Mixpanel: Product analytics (anonymized).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate the platform.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
